Cranberry Epic, Rubies in the Sand {video}

This episode begins in September with the dry harvest of the cranberry at Fairland Farms in Norton Massachusetts. Wet harvesting follows, and then it’s a trip to Carver to view processing the fruit at Decas Cranberry Products. The show closes in Emily’s Garden with Bonnie Kavanagh, co-author of” Rubies in the Sand” cookbook.
