To date, the following recipe errors/omissions have been found. We apologize to all of our readers for any inconvenience that this causes. We want to thank those of you who have contacted us after finding these errors. While we are a bit embarrassed about this we do know that it happens and will make all the necessary corrections in the second printing of “Rubies”.

Brie and Sage Cranberry Appetizers
Third paragraph should read: Arrange the sage leaves on top of this filling and place a cube of brie on top of the sage leaves. Fold the corner over the filling and then fold up and over in the opposite direction, forming a triangle.
